How Bizaipro uses AI assistance and what readers should expect from AI-related guidance.
Where AI can assist
Bizaipro may use AI tools for idea development, outlines, draft text, editing, coding and organisation of research. AI-assisted content must still meet our editorial standards. AI output is not an authoritative source.
Accuracy and attribution
Names, quotations, statistics, product capabilities and other factual claims require independent verification when used. Sources should be linked where they help readers assess a claim. We do not present generated experiences, fictional people or invented results as real evidence.
Testing and demonstrations
An AI-generated illustration of a workflow is an example, not proof that it was run successfully in a real business. Any demonstration or test should state what was actually done. AI assistance does not imply a vendor endorsement or a guarantee of the output.
Reader and business data
Avoid entering private client information, credentials or sensitive business records into an AI tool without understanding its data policy and having authority to share that information. Our sample prompts use placeholders or fictional information for this reason.
Disclosure
We identify AI assistance when it materially affects how a reader should interpret the content. Generated or illustrative examples should be clearly labelled. Readers can report suspected inaccuracies through the corrections process.
