Our editorial purpose

Bizaipro publishes practical information about AI tools, automation, productivity, marketing and sales. We aim to help readers understand a decision or complete a task. Content should be clear about its audience, assumptions and limitations.

Evidence and accuracy

Product specifications, prices and availability should be checked against current official sources when an article is prepared or substantially updated. We identify vendor claims as claims, and separate them from our analysis. Prices, feature limits and policies can change; the vendor’s current terms govern a purchase.

Examples may use invented businesses or sample data, but they should be labelled as examples. We do not invent customer results, quotations, qualifications, testimonials, test results or product experience.

Recommendations and independence

A recommendation should explain who it suits, the trade-offs and credible alternatives. Commercial relationships must be disclosed where relevant. Payment does not entitle a vendor to a positive verdict, a particular rank or editorial approval. Sponsored material should be recognisable before a reader engages with it.

Review and publication

Before publication, content should be checked for factual support, working links, useful structure, misleading claims and the appropriate disclosures. Any hands-on test should describe its method and limits. Research-based articles must not imply first-hand testing.

Updates and corrections

We update material when a meaningful change is identified. A revised date should reflect a substantive update rather than a cosmetic refresh. We welcome specific corrections and document material corrections where necessary. Read our corrections policy.

AI may help with research organisation, outlining, drafting or editing. It is not a reliable source by itself. Its use does not justify unsupported claims or fabricated expertise. See our AI content policy.
