Practical AI for business
Marketing & Sales
Use AI to support clearer messaging, organised follow-up and better-informed marketing decisions.
Start with the customer problem
Before asking a tool for campaign ideas, write down who you want to reach, the problem you solve and the evidence supporting your offer. AI can propose language; it cannot supply missing proof about your business.
Useful places for assistance
- Turning approved product notes into a first-draft content brief.
- Organising non-sensitive customer feedback into themes for review.
- Suggesting variations of a message for a defined audience.
- Preparing an internal checklist for follow-up and handover.
Separate drafting from sending
Have a person check names, prices, offer terms, product claims and tone before publication. A generated case study, quote or testimonial must never be presented as genuine customer evidence. Keep a record of the approved source material.
Measure useful outcomes
A higher output volume is not automatically better marketing. Pick a business-relevant measure, such as qualified enquiries or the time needed to prepare an approved brief, and track the quality of the result. Avoid attributing every change to AI when other campaign factors also changed.
