Review Methodology

The criteria Bizaipro uses to assess AI tools and explain meaningful trade-offs.

Effective 2 September 2026

Start with the business task

We assess tools in the context of a defined user and task. A writing assistant for a solo consultant faces different requirements from software handling a team’s customer records. We explain those assumptions before drawing a conclusion.

What we examine

  • Task fit: what the product can do and where human input remains necessary.
  • Usability: setup requirements, learning effort and everyday workflow.
  • Output quality: usefulness, consistency and the checking needed before use.
  • Cost: plan limits, seats, usage charges and likely operational costs.
  • Integration: supported connections, import/export and migration constraints.
  • Privacy and controls: relevant vendor documentation, permissions and data-handling options.
  • Support and limitations: documentation, known constraints and suitability for the stated audience.

Research versus testing

A research-based overview relies on identified documentation and does not claim hands-on experience. When we report a test, the article should state the product or plan, date, tasks, sample inputs, evaluation criteria and important limits. A small test cannot establish reliability across every use case.

No universal winner

We explain which requirements drove a verdict. We do not use numerical ratings or “best” labels without a stated basis. A product’s marketing claims, affiliate availability or free access are not evidence of performance.

Commercial relationships

If a provider supplies access, pays for content or offers a referral commission, the relevant article should disclose that relationship. Read the affiliate disclosure.
